I was going through my 2019 collections in Lightroom and came across my Canon 5D folder. As it turns out, I had about 1500 photos I forgot to edit from the year. It was a pleasant surprise but also somewhat intimidating. It also brought back some memories of the past year and some of my adventures.
This first post is from one of my walks around a local elementary school. Anyone who follows my blog, knows that I love shooting with a shallow depth of field. My 50mm 1.2 lens is my absolute favourite. Paired with the old but sensational 5D Classic, and there is no other new camera combination that can compare with the character. I mean that.
I almost try and make a lot of my photos abstract in a way. It’s fun exercise and I love making ordinary things look different, than how most people would view them.
